We help people with disabilities and long-term needs take care of themselves and their homes. We support them in completing everyday tasks and becoming more independent in their homes and in the community. We help people with household chored and pesonal care matters, incuding things like: getting dressed and keeping clean, making food, managing money to pay household bills, cleaning and doing laundry, getting out and being part of the community and helping people get to medical and dental appointments.
As an ODDD-certified provider, we partner with the Department of Developmental Disabilities to provide transportation needs based on assessment and set up as part of an individual’s service plan.
Formerly known as adult foster care, Shared Living connects adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities with a nurturing family. Shared Living families provide loving homes for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Am2Pm staff take great care in finding the best fit between a nurturing family and the person they can welcome into their home. This is an ideal service for families who are unable to provide the level of care needed in their own homes.
