HPC Provider
HPC is a type of support service designed to assist individuals with developmental disabilities with activities of daily living. HPC services are intended to promote independence and enable individuals to remain living in their own homes rahter than instiutional settings. These activities may include: meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, or personal hygience tasks, such as bathing and grooming. We work closely with indivdiuals and families to develop a personalized care plan.
Driver
An NEMT driver provides safe, compassionate, and reliable non-emergency transportation to individuals needing medical care, requiring them to safely assist passengers in and out of vehicles, operate specialized equipment like wheelchair lifts, perform pre-trip vehicle inspections, maintain a clean and safe vehicle, and accurately complete all required logs and reports. Key qualifications include a valid driver's license with a clean record, strong customer service skills, empathy, and the ability to adhere to schedules and protocols.
